Fortim Trusted Advisors, an Alliance Member of BNP Paribas Real Estate accelerates in Property Management office’ segment portfolio, increasing with 63%, in 2022.
With our help, as a provider of property management services, America House building obtained the BREEAM in Use – Outstanding certification, the first in Bucharest.
This is the outcome of an extensive repositioning of the building and it is coming after an investment of over 10 million euros over the last 4 years.
Fortim Trusted Advisors coordinates the refurbishment works in his quality as the Property Manager of the building and all the suppliers.
In our Agency business line, the office department attracted clients to the buildings where we have exclusivity, as well as from the BNP Paribas Real Estate alliance network. In 2022, we were able to secure leases for several high-profile clients, including BERD, Docaposte, Bioderma, and Rödl & Partner.
Our team of experts has been successful in identifying attractive investment opportunities in the real estate market. In 2022, we offered our clients a range of investment opportunities in the Romanian real estate market
In the industrial department, the best deal was the expansion of THE HOME furniture retailer, in 5,919 sqm space warehouse, in Logicor Bucharest II.
