Events of 2022 in the Real Estate Market

2022 was a year of assiduous networking and countless business conferences, after two years of pandemic, in which we missed face-to-face business meetings and discussions. In 2022, Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate was at the heart of events.

1. CIJ Awards – in January 2022, Costin Nistor, Managing Director, Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate handed over the award “Best Retail Development Developer of the Year”
2. At MIPIM, the largest real estate fair in the world, Costin Nistor, Managing Director, Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate and Nicolae Managing Partner – Head of Advisory Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate presented business opportunities.
3. At the Europa Property Awards, Nicolae Ciobanu, Managing Partner – Head of Advisory Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate was in the jury.
   

THE FIRST EVENT ORGANIZED BY FORTIM TRUSTED ADVISORS

4. In May, the first DBH (Drink Before Home) after the pandemic was organized by our company, Fortim Trusted Advisors, in partnership with the ICJ, for our client, owner of the America House building, in a promotional contract, which we run for Marketing and PR services.

   

   

   

5. We celebrated the presence of Costin Nistor, Managing Director, Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, in the international guide “50 Most Influential People on Romania’s Real Estate Market” within a Summer Party, organized by Forum Property.
6. In September I attended the Vienna CEE Property Forum, through Costin Nistor, Managing Director, Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate and Bogdan Cange Managing Partner – Business Development, Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate
7. Also in September, our colleagues were at Expo Real, Berlin – Managing Director, Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate,  Nicolae Ciobanu, Managing Partner – Head of Advisory Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate and Stefan Oana, Head of Capital Markets, Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate 
8. In October, the heated discussions went to Property Forum SEE – Bucharest
9. Our market study about the Retail Market in Romania – H1 2022 – Fortim Trusted Advisors generated a conference, where we had a speaker.
10. In November we were hosts of the conference of the Romanian entrepreneurs’ community  Romanian Business Leaders (RBLS), EMPLOYEE HAPPINESS, inside the America House office building and we presented our facilities.
11. At the beginning of December we adorned the Christmas tree, together with the tenant employees of the America House office building, in a magical community event.
12. The ICJ Gala concluded the series of Real Estate events in 2022, in a festive setting.
