Sensience, a former Emerson division, bought by the One Rock Capital Partners investment fund, has leased a 386 sqm office space in the Maestro Business Center, a building located in the center of Cluj-Napoca. Advisory services for the lease transaction were provided by Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance.
The Sensience Cluj-Napoca team, currently made up of 24 people and in continuous development, will move this week to the new headquarters in the Maestro Business Center building, located on Boulevard 21 Decembrie 1989 – Cluj Napoca. At the moment, Sensience is in full recruitment process and is looking for finance specialists.

Maestro Business Center is a boutique building with modern office space spread over the ground floor and nine floors. The total area of class A office space is approximately 10,000 sqm, and the leasable area is 7,000 sqm.
The building’s tenants include Steelcase, PWC, RoPlanet, Microfocus, Global Convergence, PKF Econometrica. On the ground floor, a commercial area is provided, where the La Casa restaurant currently operates and where a service space is available.
The Sensience company chose for rent the fifth floor of the Maestro Business Center building, i.e. an area of 295 square meters, plus a terrace of 91 square meters.
The Property Management services of the Maestro Business Center building are provided by Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance.
The office building is located in the central area of Cluj Napoca, with direct access to the historic center, where all state institutions are concentrated, but also to the airport.
In 2023, no new office spaces will be delivered in Cluj-Napoca
In Cluj-Napoca, 30 modern office buildings are active on the office rental market and nine more projects have been announced, with deadlines for completion in the next five years. The office stock in Cluj-Napoca is the second largest in the country, with a total of 276,408 sqm. This year, however, no new building is expected to be put into use, the previously announced projects being postponed.
