During Romania’s presidential elections, the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) temporarily rented office space at NOVA Instant Office Solutions, located in the centrally situated Excelsior building. The lease was brokered by Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member an alliance of the BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The OSCE, the world’s largest regional security organization with 57 member states across Europe, Central Asia, and North America, leased 16 private offices (out of 19 available) and three desks in the co-working area at Nova Instant Office Solutions in Excelsior building. The organization also had access to meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, and other amenities provided by Ashtrom International, for a two-month period.

“Our coworking clients, including the OSCE observers, benefit from fully furnished workspaces with height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, roll boxes, storage units, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen access, unlimited water, tea and coffee, printer and copier access, and dedicated reception and cleaning services. The offices are filled with natural light and are located in a cultural hub, surrounded by cafes and restaurants,” stated Israel Abramovich, Branch, Ashtrom International – Romania.
The Excelsior office building, home to NOVA Instant Office Solutions with a surface of 840 sqm, is developed by Ashtrom International, part of the Ashtrom Group – a global player in office development, management, and leasing. NOVA is the newest provider of premium office spaces in Bucharest.
