Bucharest, November 11th, 2021: Fortim Trusted Advisors, the real estate consulting company, member in the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance in Romania, estimates a turnover of 6.5 million lei next year, 30% higher compared to 2021, due to the diversification of the service portfolio, new projects and the recovery of the office market.
Fortim Trusted Advisors was founded in 2002, and since December 2020 it has been controlled by Costin Nistor, Nicolae Ciobanu and Bogdan Cange. The company offers real estate consulting services in the following fields: offices, retail and industrial & logistics, appraisals, capital markets, research and also Property Management and Project Management services.
We rely on the property management and office segments
“The results we estimate for 2022 are determined by the diversification of the service portfolio through strengthening our business lines, such as industrial and retail, as well as by opening new activities in partnership with other market players. We also rely on the return of the office market and the development of the project management department, which will implicitly attract new projects. The two pillars that gave us the positive result in 2021 are the segments where we, the shareholders, have the greatest expertise: property management and office. These two areas represent approximately 70% of the turnover for 2021”, says Nicolae Ciobanu, Managing Partner – Head of Advisory Fortim Trusted Advisors.

“This year was a very interesting and alert one. At the end of 2020, the company’s financial situation was not the best, and our goal was to increase turnover and make a profit. This advance of 36% is determined by the number of transactions in the office segment, the growth of the valuation department and the project management area, wherein our first year we managed to reach a turnover of 400,000 lei ”, adds Costin Nistor, Managing Director of Fortim Trusted Advisors.

The company is based in Bucharest and has branches in Cluj-Napoca and Târgu-Mureș.

“Until September, we closed over 10,000 sqm of office space in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca – with an average area of approximately 1,000 sqm per transaction. We are also working on applications totaling more than 40,000 sqm, of which 10-15% will be closed by the end of the year. For 2022, we estimate an increase in the number of office transactions, but also an increase in the number of sqm under administration in the property management segment”, explains Bogdan Cange, Managing Partner / Business Development Fortim Trusted Advisors.
The company has 25 employees, ten more than in the first months of the year, and estimates that it will reach 33 people by the beginning of 2023.
