Lemon Retail Park is a new commercial centre, emblematic of the current retail trend in Romania. Among the tenants of Lemon Retail Park are Galeria Sushi, Tucano Caffe, Brasserie and the newest international fast-food chain to enter Romania – Popeyes, Banca Transilvania, Pepco, FRESSNAPF and Mega Image, as an anchor supermarket.
The retail park will have a leasable area of 7,700 sqm and 292 parking spaces, being in Pipera, Voluntari, in the cross of the premium residential areas, in the north of Bucharest.

Popeye has the newest international fast-food chain to enter Romania. Popeye so far only opened in mall-type shopping centres, in Bucharest, in Băneasa Shopping Center and in AFI Cotroceni. From 2022, Popeye will also have a fast-food restaurant in Pipera, the richest suburb in Romania.

The rental market for new stores is dynamic, especially for the retail park segment. The recent developments will help to improve the offer in proximity areas, located in metropolitan areas.
Two new retail parks in the Iasi suburbs
Family Market are a similar concept, calibrated according to the needs of new housing areas, in the suburbs of Iasi. In 2022, the Romanian investor will inaugured Family Market Miroslava (7,700 sq.m. GLA) and Family Market Bucium (5,000 sq.m. GLA). Auchan is anchor, completed with fashion, pet shop, banking, offered by CEC Bank, dry cleaners, hairdressers, and children’s playground.
In the next 6-9 months, the developers will deliver 12 retail park units, totalling more than 100,000 sqm, with commercial space.
