Nicolae Ciobanu is a seasoned professional, with 15 years experience in the real estate sector. He joined BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania in 2018 as Senior Office Consultant . In 2020, Nicolae was promoted as Associate Director | Head of Office Agency. In 2021, he became Managing Partner of Fortim Trusted Advisors an Alliance Member of BNP Paribas Real Estate in Romania. Previously, Nicolae was a Senior Corporate Office Solution and Business Development Manager at Esop Consulting. Over his long career in real estate, Nicolae carried out more than 90,000 sqm office transactions for companies such as Lukoil, Kruk International, Cegeka, Sika, The Home, Orange among others, thus actively contributing to the growth of the real estate market in Romania by helping international companies develop their business in Romania.

Nicolae holds a Masters Degree (MSc) in Quality Management from Academy Of Economic Study and a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Academy of Economic Study Bucharest. He is member of Real Estate Association and is certified in Quality Management and Quality Assurance at Simtex International.
