Bogdan has over 6 years experience in office real estate market, beginning his career with Knight Frank as office consultant for SME’s. Bogdan carried out leasing transactions for companies such as APT Human Resources, Allegro Group Active Power Solutions, Eurolines, CITR Group, Acer, Arcadis Eurometudes, Wise Finance Solutions, GoGlobal , Dent Distribution, OLX, PAID and Reckitt Benckiser. In 2021, he became Managing Partner of Fortim Trusted Advisors an Alliance Member of BNP Paribas Real Estate in Romania.

Bogdan holds a Bachelor degree in International Economic Relations from Bucharest University of Economic Studies and a Real Estate Appraisal Certification from ANEVAR and ISMM Sales Certification.
