AB Energy moves to Romanitza Office Building, in Piața Victoriei

AB Energy Romania, a company specialized in cogeneration, biomethane and energy sustainability solutions, has leased one floor in Romanitza Office Building, a boutique office building located in Bucharest’s Central Business District, in close proximity to Piața Victoriei and the headquarters of the Romanian Government.

The transaction was brokered by Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate alliance.

Companies in the energy sector are generating growing demand for office spaces in Bucharest. According to Fortim Trusted Advisors data, energy and utilities companies accounted for almost a quarter of the total office space transacted in Bucharest in the first quarter of 2026, ranking among the most active tenant categories.

Romanitza Office Building is a boutique office building arranged over basement, ground floor, mezzanine and four upper floors, complemented by a generous terrace, with a total leasable area of 1,840 sqm.
