With over 19 years of experience in the Romanian real estate sector, Nicolae Ciobanu, Managing Partner Head of Advisory has become one of the most respected office advisory professionals in the market.
Throughout his career, Nicolae has successfully completed office leasing transactions exceeding 100,000 square meters, representing major national and international companies including Harman Kardon, Orange, Kruk International, Asseco SEE, Cegeka, and Medicana.
His client-centric approach and market expertise help organizations identify opportunities that align with both their operational needs and strategic objectives.
As Managing Partner responsible for Business Development, Bogdan Cange plays a key role in expanding Fortim’s market presence and identifying new growth opportunities.
With more than a decade of experience in the office real estate market, Bogdan has advised numerous small and medium-sized enterprises, including APT Human Resources, Kesz, Solida, Allegro Group, Active Power Solutions, Eurolines, CITR Group, Acer, Arcadis Eurometudes, Wise Finance Solutions, GoGlobal, and Dent Distribution.
